Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.

However, in case you receive a damaged or defective item, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product you receive is damaged, broken, or defective, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To request a return, please email us at Byticasupport@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the damaged item as proof.

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a return or provide further instructions.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned damaged product, your refund will be processed.

  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons other than damage or defect.

  • Requests made after the specified time frame may not be accepted.
