Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.
However, in case you receive a damaged or defective item, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items
If the product you receive is damaged, broken, or defective, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at Byticasupport@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the damaged item as proof.
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a return or provide further instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned damaged product, your refund will be processed.
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons other than damage or defect.
Requests made after the specified time frame may not be accepted.
